We offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy

 

Returns must reach us no later than 30 days from the date of your order. Once this time has passed we will be unable to offer you an exchange on your item and this will be returned back to you.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you recieved it in. Should there be any sign on wear an exhange will not be valid.

 

in cases where a refund is agreed, please be aware this can take between 10-14 days to be refunded back to you. A refund will always be processed back to the original payment method that was used during purchase.

 

The customer is responsible for returning the item back to out returns address, postage costs are to be paid by the customer and tracking for the parcel is always recommended.
